Booking Terms and Conditions

Should you need to cancel your reservation with us, we do require 48 hour’s notice prior to your arrival date (2pm). If you do cancel within 24 hours of arrival you will be subject to a charge amounting to no more than your first nights total rate. This will be debited from the card details given at the time of reserving. For bookings for 5 or more rooms we would require 1 weeks’ notice (7 days) for full cancellations. When cancelling please ask for your cancellation reference number.

You are welcome to arrive early. We say check-in is from 2pm, however if your room is ready sooner we will take you straight to it. We can always look after your bags in the meantime. So our other guests can check-in on time we would prefer you to check out of your room by 11am. Please talk to us if you would like to stay a little longer.

We are a lock up pub with rooms and do not operate a 24 hour check-in desk – if you are arriving after 10.30 pm please advise us prior to arrival in order that we can wait to let you in.

We have allocated parking is behind the pub for residents. For Sat Nav users this is our postcode GU6 8AU

We operate a non smoking policy and a fee of £150 will be levied should this be breached. We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
